FROM DISCOVERY TO TRANSLATION: INTEGRATING FAST-TRACK INNOVATION, ADVANCED DELIVERY SYSTEMS, AND DATA-DRIVEN PRECISION NANOMEDICINE
Building on the incredible energy of our kick-off meeting, the Italian Nanomedicine Platform (INP) is back - and this time, we're bringing the conversation to NanoInnovation 2026.
Join us on September 14th for an affiliated forum where science meets strategy, and ideas move closer to real-world impact.
WHAT'S IN STORE FOR YOU
This forum unites researchers, innovators, and industry stakeholders with the ambition of covering the full nanomedicine innovation pipeline - from targeting and drug delivery all the way through to technology transfer, scale-up, regulatory affairs, and data-driven approaches to precision medicine.
We invite the community to submit contributions aligned with the following sessions:
Session I – Targeting, Delivery & Biomaterials
Advanced targeting strategies, innovative drug delivery systems, and next-generation biomaterials, with a particular focus on biodistribution, biocompatibility, and efficacy.
Session II – Fast-Track Discovery, Early Tech Transfer & Advanced Characterisation
Technologies to accelerate the transition from basic research to application, advanced in vitro/in silico models, characterisation techniques, and early-stage technology transfer and valorisation.
Session III – Engineering, Late-Stage Tech Transfer & Regulatory Affairs
Scale-up processes, engineering and standardisation, industry collaboration, and regulatory strategies (EMA/FDA, Quality by Design, clinical approval pathways).
Session IV – Precision Nanomedicine, Omics & Data Integration
Data-driven approaches, omics data integration, and the use of AI and computational models for optimisation and personalised medicine.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE

Taking part depends on whether you are already registered to NanoInnovation 2026:
- If you are already registered to NanoInnovation 2026, you simply need to sign up for the affiliated forum directly from your reserved area, using your registration account (UserID and password). Sign up for the forum
- If you are not yet registered to NanoInnovation 2026, first complete the free online registration form. Once registered, you will be able to access your reserved area and sign up for the affiliated forum.
Forum registration costs € 60 + VAT.
